We can go for herbs, vegetables, and fruit if we want to keep it simple. If we are looking for something more complex, we can opt for bread-based or grain-based stuffing. Whichever we choose, we can use eggs for binding and stock or broth to moisten the stuffing.
Prepare the Chicken Before Stuffing
Once we have our stuffing ready, we can move on to preparing the chicken. An important tip to keep in mind is that the stuffing we prepared must be left to cool down before putting it inside the chicken. Also, remember that we must wait until right before we cook it to put the stuffing inside. Otherwise, we can be exposed to bacterial growth.
