Filling and Garnishes

As for garnishing options, there is a veritable embarrassment of riches. Guacamole, pico de gallo, cilantro, lettuce, and beans, are all healthy product that will make any taco an even more delicious adventure.
Salsas are another essential ingredient of any authentic taco. Oftentimes salsas call for the addition of some oil, so add them sparsely to your taco.
